The ancestors of our customer emigrated from the eastern part of Poland during the World War II. In 1945 the map of  Poland has been completly changed. Their place of origin was assigned to the Ukrainian Soviet Republic since then. We checked all available sources and eventually managed to find the original church books in the Central State Historical Archive of Ukraine in Lviv.

The results of our research convinced our customer to travel all way down from Canada through Poland and Ukraine to meet her past. It turned out it’s not only “the past” waiting for her out there…
