DAY 1

Welcome to Warsaw!
We meet you at the airport and transfer to a comfortable hotel in the center. After check-in and some rest, we take a walk aorund the Old Town. We walk along the elegant street of Krakowskie Przedmieście admiring the Presidential Palace, the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier and the Saski Park.
In the evening, we invite you for a welcome dinner with lots of traditional Polish food.

DAY 2

Today we continue exploring the Old Town of Warsaw and start with the Royal Castle which was first built there in the 14th century. Starting from the 1500s, it became a royal residence. Destroyed almost completely, at the end of WW2, it was reopened in 1984.
We spend the rest of afternoon in the largest park in Warsaw called Łazienki (literally: Baths). The name derives from the best-known attraction in the park – the Palace on the Island, built in the 17th century as a private bathhouse.

DAY 3

We start with the Warsaw Rising Museum – a tribute to those who fought and died for the freedom of Poland in 1944. At the exhibition, we can feel the struggle of everyday life and the horror of occupation. Lunch served in a traditional Polish Folk-Inn, located in a former Jewish Ghetto.

After lunch we take a walk and explore that area a bit more and then you have some free time.

DAY 4

In the morning we leave Warsaw and head to the east of Poland. We visit an extermination and labor camp Treblinka, built and operated by Nazi Germany in occupied Poland during World War II. Later we drive to the beautiful Tykocin Castle, which was the necropolis of the late monarch Sigismund Augustus. Various kings were guests here such as Sigismund III with his family, Ladislaus IV and Tsar Peter of Russia.
In the evening we leave for an overnight stay in Białystok.

DAY 5

We start the day with the sightseeing of Białystok. We visit the Old Town and splendid Branicki Palace, which also known as the “Polish Versailles”. It is one of the best-preserved magnate residences in Poland. After the lunch we drive to Augustów the city in the heart of beautiful Masurian Lakes region, where we join the canal cruise and admire the beauty of the nature of Rospuda Valley. We stay for the night in Suwałki located near the borders with Lithuania.

DAY 6

In the morining we leave Poland and head to Lithuania. Our first stop on the way is Kaunas – Lithuania’s second most populous city and the country’s largest industrial center. In the city we visit the beautiful Basilica of the Resurrection of Christ. We walk along the Old Town and and on our way we visit the City Hall. We stop by the House of Perkūnas – one of the most original Gothic buildings in Lithuania. For the night we drive to Vilnius, where we take a quick walk around the center.

DAY 7

Today we spend the whole day sightseeing Vilnius. We start with the Gediminas’ Tower – one of the best places to see the magnificent panoramas of the city. Our next stop is the Vilnius Cathedral Basilica of St. Stanislaus and St. Ladislaus and the Gates of Dawn, which used to be a part of Vilnius’ defensive wall. After lunch we head to the Museum of Occupations and Freedom Fights. We stay in Vilnius for the night.

DAY 8

Today we go for a sightseeing of the Trakai Castle in Vilnius. The castle famous for its gothic architecture and its special location – standing on an island on Lake Galve, one of the deepest lakes in Lithuania. In the summer in this fairytale-like surrounding there are hosted medieval festivals as well as various events and concerts in the castle’s courtyard. The rest of the evening is a free time to enjoy the city.

DAY 9

In the morning we leave to Latvia’s one of the largest metropolises in the Baltic States – Riga. You can feel the 800 years of the difficult history during a city tour. On the way there we have a lunch in Panevezys. In the local regional restaurant we can taste the traditional Latvian dishes. After the hotel check in, we go for a walk around the town center and enjoy the atmosphere of the city.

DAY 10

After breakfast we continue the sightseeing of Riga. First we visit the magnificent Old Town – the historical center of Riga, that has been included on UNESCO’s World Heritage List. We take a walk to admire the beautiful Riga Cathedral, Town Hall Square and unique historic tenements. After all the sightseeing we stay in Riga for the night.

DAY 11

Today is the last day in Riga and it’s time to wind down and have some free time, before the departure. You can spend the rest of the day enjoying the atmosphere of the city or buying some souvenirs.
