DAY 1
Welcome to Warsaw, Poland!
We meet you at the airport and transfer to a comfortable hotel. After some rest, we invite you for an introductory walk around the Old Town of Warsaw. After WW II it was carefully and beautifully rebuilt by the nation became a UNESCO World Heritage Site. We finish the walk at the traditional Polish restaturant where the welcome dinner will be provided.

DAY 2
In the morning we visit the Royal Castle. Originally erected in the 14th century, it served as the official residence of the Polish monarchs until 1944 when it was completely destroyed by the Nazis. Inside we can see: the royal apartments, original paintings by Rembrandt, the Senator’s Hall, in which in 1791 ‘The 3rd May Constitution’ was passed.
After lunch we continue sightseeing of the Old Town.

DAY 3
After breakfast we head to Poznań, one of the first capital cities of Poland. Today Poznań is best known for its renaissance Old Town and Ostrów Tumski. The Old Town is probably the most colorful place in Europe thanks to the facades of the buildings that are like a butterfly’s wings. Ostrów Tumski is an island and the oldest part of the city where a palace of the Piast dynasty was built in the 10th century. In the evening we visit the christmas market.

DAY 4
Today we have a trip to Wroclaw and end the day in the SPA resort in Walbrzych area. We visit the beautiful Old Town with the famous Market Square and an Old City Hall in its centre. We find out more about the history of city and its role over the centuries. We finish the sightseeing of the city having a cup of Glühwein (mulled wine) at the Christams market. In the evening we get to SPA Hotel.

DAY 5
Today we explore Ksiaz Castle complex. The history of this place goes back to 13th century. Over the centuries it was rebuilt and expanded. During World War II, the castle was seized by the Nazis and became part of the vast underground Project Riese complex, presumably a projected Führer Headquarter.

DAY 6
After relaxing time in spa resort we drive to Żywiec and we find out more about Archducal Brewery, one of the most famous and successful producers of beer in Poland. The history of the factory began in 1856 when Archduke Albrecht Friedrich Habsburg, buit a brewery. Many of the original brewery buildings have been preserved to this day and make the exceptional atmospher of the place. In the evening we get to Krakow for overnight.

DAY 7
In the morning we begin sightseeing of the city. The Old Town It is an outstanding example of medieval architecture. Krakow, the former capital of Poland, is situated at the foot of the Royal Wawel Castle. This city of medieval roots owns Europe’s largest market square and many historical monuments and churches with magnificent interiors. After lunch we have a free time.

DAY 8
This day is dedicated to sighseeing of the Royal Wawel Castle. It was built on the hill on the banks of the Vistula River. When Kraków became the capital of Poland in 1138, the Wawel’s Cathedral became the coronation place of the Polish kings and the castle their most important residence. Devasted during the partitions era but was not forgotten by the nation. Today we can admire the whole complex beautifully renovated.

DAY 9
Today we head toward Warsaw but before that we must stop and visit the salt mine in Wieliczka. It is a unique development in the history of mining, because the rock salt deposits were mined without interruption from the 13th century. The mine is 200 kilometers long and has several levels and reaches up to 198 meters below ground. In the evening we get to Warsaw our final destination.

DAY 10
The last glance at the capital city of Poland, free time, shopping and relaxing before departure.
